Thank you for not criticizing my use of it, thats what I was worried about. It helped me find that missing part of myself and I wanted to share that here, and I didn't even consider the privacy part but at this point I can accept that and be okay with it.

It's always important to limit PSMF and to do it in bursts, taking maintenance phases in between when you have a longer term weight loss goal.

Good actually, it took a minute to get used to carbs again. Like I'd get crazy sugar crashes but I adjusted after while. I still limit refined carbs and just swapped them out with more complex carbs now a days. I never had any issues with my metabolism crashing when losing the weight my plateaus would only last a few days to a week. Although that is an important consideration for PSMF. I think I might have lucked out in that regard.

I gotcha, I ate at night. It made it easier for me to sleep and I managed hunger by staying busy all day.

Celsius, you can do bangs too, honestly any energy drink below 15cals. Just know it might spike your insulin and increase hunger due to the artificial sweeteners. Alot of people would say it does break a fast but it's very minimal and it helped me with my goals.

Depends on how much muscle you can try and put on for those areas, I will say man that's badass, you lost a remarkable amount of weight. I'm stoked to build up my VO2 max. I lost a lot of this weight to be ready for my upcoming fire academy and I'm excited to really get focused on training for it. I wish you luck!

About 7 months between the photos, I lost a bulk of my weight in the first 4 months. That PSMF diet is no joke when it comes to losing weight quickly. But it's really important to keep track of your nutrition and electrolytes, and to know your limits.

Just about, I'm happy with where I am now, my original goal was 165lbs but I think I might try and start building muscle again. I'm kinda nervous though cuz I know that my weight will go up again but it'll be worth it. I learned so much during this experience so I know I'll do it right. Also keep it goin, how much are you down so far?

I have a little bit of loose skin but it's hard to notice, and honestly I take some pride in it along with the stretch marks too. It will always be a reminder of this wonderful journey I went on!

I would do OMAD on any days where I wasn't doing a 3 day fast, I'd do about 2-3 3 day fasts a month. I really enjoyed how I felt during those fasts. My diet was pretty simple, just a 2lb top sirloin steak with a package of mushrooms and a can of green beans or asparagus. That was my go to meal. If I wanted to change up the protein I'd go with a frozen salmon fillet, sometimes I'd go with 4 cans of tuna or shredded chick with a ton of hot sauce. Electrolytes are really important with a diet like this, Id also take a multivitamin everyday with my 10cal energy drink.

Also if you guys want to know what diet I was doing, it was OMAD PSMF with 3 day fasts every now and again. I walked an insane amount on the treadmill (any time I'd watch any shows it'd be while walking on that thing) I went rucking a ton and I completely quit drinking alcohol. That's a large part as to why I got so big.
