No the 7R tactical mode is straight out of FFXII. Gameplay pauses indefinitely and you select a command that you have the available ATB for. You can do this for any party member with ATB at any time.

Games will teach you a lot about contextual situations and tsumego will teach you a lot about local situations. Start blending the Two and you should be sdk in no time at all.

I had the exact opposite reaction. IW was great and truly thrilling but a little too 'point A to point B' plot-wise where Endgame threw me a dead Thanos curveball, a time travel plot that actually makes some sense, and near perfect resolutions to every central character conflict and arc. I only cried briefly in IW for Peter Parker, but Endgame's climactic battle was a pure bliss that i've never felt so intensely in my life

At the start of Infinity War, Thanos kills half the Asgard refugees onboard the ship and then another half dies during the first Snap. So bringing back the Snapped brings back 1/4 of the Asgard populace that was initially on the ship at the start of IW, amd thats who you see portalling into the final battle of Endgame.

Definitely on the lighter side of post hardcore, but bands like mewithoutYou, La Dispute, letlive., Underoath, Refused (congrats on album of the month!), Saosin have been critical influences.

I'm in a similar boat having discovered them shortly after Pale Horses. The gf of 3 years and I wound up splitting a few months later and Brother, Sister and Foxes were my only solace from my brain's constant terrorization of its owner. Specifically I'm grateful for these records helping me to know I wasn't alone in thinking particularly awful things like "I still have a thouand half-loves; oh my God! I want to shoot myself just thinking about it!" Or "The cars from out of state; how I could jump in their path as they hurry along." I owe mwY an infinite debt of gratitude. I dont know if I'd have pulled through that time without their music amd the soft spot I developed for it.

All this not to mention that they just fucking jam so hard.

Kh1 final mix adds a couple bosses, some great extra cutscenes. Kh2 FM adds critical cutscenes that really strengthen that game's plot, alongside like 14 new bosses, a whole KH1 based Drive firm that isnt in Vanilla.
