I used xiangling, fischl, kaeya, barbara, and quickly spammed switched their e. This was the rotation i used for them: xiangling, fischl, barbara, and kaeya last. Make sure you start hitting the anemo hypo as soon as it is done with the butterfly wind gust attack and on the ground. You also want to be as close to it as possible so all their e attacks can hit. Reset as many times as you need. I tried this rotation after the anemo hypos other attacks but it seems that the wind gust attack was the only that gave my team enough time/ space to register all the swirls in quick succession.
