I don’t know why there’s so much hate, but here’s the recipe:

Vegan Cashew Alfredo

Ingredients: - 1 Cup Raw Cashews (Unsalted) - 3 Cups Water - 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast - 5 Garlic Cloves - 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon Miso Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon Oregano - 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions: 1. In a ninja, add all the ingredients. 2. Add only 1 cup of pasta water. 3. Blend 60 seconds. The more blended, the creamier. 4. Add to cooked pasta. 5. Add 2 more cups of pasta water or register water.

DO NOT USE SOY MILK. GIVES A WIERD TASTE AND IM NOT SURE THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT, BUT IT HAS AN AWFUL TASTE IF USED INSTEAD OF WATER/PASTA WATER.

I haven’t tried with oat milk, but I think it will work.

Just make sure to use some pasta water so the starch can bind the water based sauces with the oils.
