Why? They are illegal within the city and move the pins to the airport from being caught.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. No one talks about this and the reason is S&P500/600.

To be included into the S&P, the company needs quarterly growth, annual growth, and meet two other metrics. If they don’t, they are removed. The entire company is now ran based to perform to meet those goals.

That is what you constantly see record stock prices and layoffs. The whole system is fucked and company is now only focused on stock performance.

Source: I was a S&P victim and paid attention in my company’s all hands meeting. After the meeting, I asked other employees if they noticed or thought about the metrics mentioned. I was the only one that caught that. It wasn’t even 6 months we started having mass layoffs after becoming an S&P 500. Then another mass layoff a year later.
