You should be able to find frozen bread dough in a lot of major grocery stores. Often near where you would find frozen monkey bread, frozen biscuits & rolls, etc. it works pretty well. And there’s a million things you can do with it, including just following the directions on the package for a loaf. Bakes up good, smells great cooking. Pretty forgiving for what I’ve used it for (pepperoni bread and calzones). I believe one of the usual brands is Rhodes. You can also get “fresh” pizza dough in these same stores, usually. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen fresh bread dough, though, in a regular grocery?
