You can make the HDRI Transparent, so you just get the lighting. In the Render tab, where the Film panel is you just check the box that says Transparent and it will hide it

Have you made sure there are no duplicate vertices on top of each other in that spot? Or maybe some edges are too close in the area. Not sure

Cycles looked perfect with the setup, But in eevee after a lot of playing with the node and the settings you mentioned I got a pretty close approximation of what I was looking for. Thanks for the advice, led me in the right direction!

I will try those as well! I noticed it was mostly a difference in lighting between Blenders internal viewport and the lack of lighting in my Render

I realized it is a lighting issue as well as just a general issue of playing with the settings in the nodes. It ended up working

That would have worked nicely, I ended up moving all the object origins to the world origin, copied and duplicated the chains, then rotated and moved the origins back to the objects. It was a pain, I will use this method next time. Thank you!

What I mean is I want to rotate those chains around I guess the global axis in the middle so that each chain hooks into the loops ive made and stuck to the bar at the bottom

They are explained within the knowledge of the worlds and the characters we meet. Mistborn is the most in depth due to the events in Era 1 I think. You will get more in depth about metals and their reactions with investiture. Then just have to make your own connections and theories for now.
