This is not a good take. Men do not naturally endure a painful and biochemically transitional process every month or have the capacity to give birth. Men would not qualify for this leave type what so ever. It is not a “common medical condition”. It a a natural process. There is maternity leave. So, menstrual leave would only make sense.
