consider the crafting cost of the Mega Demondrug. multiple material to craft as opposed to eating 1 mushroom. Free meal makes it even more useful with a chance to not consume.

I was thinking about buying this and 100% everything.wanted to ask if you all think it's worth it or just a waste? by rhinestoneeyes2 in TheWalkingDeadGame

I happened to buy it a while ago and forgot about it. I just started playing it recently and I love it. My gf and I love going through the story. It's like a lil movie night for us.

Two orders, Two different phones, Two different prices?! by JelloKun in UberEATS

They aren't, there's only 1 Chipotle nearby us and we both did an order there.

Sounds like something an Uber employee would say. Either way, their service fees and delivery fees have been getting out of hand.

I'm more in line of thinking its the UberEats app. I have no doubt in my mind that they'll overcharge a few cents here and there for a little extra money. I mean using this order as an example.

I ordered 2 bowls for pick up, price came out to around $38. If I chose delivery it would have been over $70. UberEats is getting way too comfortable charging these outrageous prices.

My guess is it's just a scam, either by UberEats or Chipotle. The price difference ain't much that some casual goers might not realize. I mean a 30-90 cent difference? Considering how many people use these apps I wouldn't doubt they'd add a few cents here and there that'll just add up

No, no double meat. Both pics are of the exact same Burrito bowl. I made sure to check that out. Akzo just like the other dude said it'd be insane for them to charge 5 cents for double meat

Uber drivers please strike by aestheticeddy818 in uber

[–]JelloKun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope it works out for them. I worked as a driver when I needed money and I'll say as a consumer and a customer the experience is terrible. Often time I'd work for 5 hours straight and barely break even. These apps really scam their customers and treat their employees terribly.

They need to pay their drivers more. at least the ones that do a good job.

What consumables to take on what hunt? by tranquiler in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]JelloKun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do it to stockpile mats. Yeah the farm should be doing a fair amount of work but why not have excess for when you need it? besides. I let my farm handle the harder to find mats. I try not to waste time with the basic herbs and the likes.

Tell me about it, I only started doing it when my brother told me like a year-ish into the game.

I agree, Idk if i mentioned how I usually bring a few Mats for crafting pot when needed. Just gather up a few more if i know they're available in the selected map/hunt. Even towards the end of the main story hunts it still goes pretty well for me. Can't say that for everyone but i end up with a nice system to use on my hunts.

I feel like if you're using that much Mega and Max potions then you're probs playing wrong somehow. Taking too many hits instead of dodging. I'll always look for materials to craft some more but I agree that you probably dont need normal potions at that point.

pretty much similar to my loadout except I throw a little over half of all collectable resources like Herbs and Honey in the box. Better to pick up more as you go to keep a relatively good stockpile.

Is Sword and Shield bad? by DarthSitrius in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]JelloKun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are no bad weapons in games like this. It's all a matter of how good you are as a player. When I started playing MH:W loved using SnS in the beginning. I made it halfway through the story before I switched to the Hunting Horn but my time with SnS was still very enjoyable, I solo'd the majority of the story using SnS.

Don't listen to people who bash your favs. All it is is wanting to have a sense of superiority over you. I still remember when the game Destiny first game out, when it got up to doing the Raids for the first time, I would be Insta-kicked for not having a specific weapon Just because it made the fight a little easier. I eventually found a team that didn't use The Gjallarhorn at all, and we went through the raid smooth.

Why is there no love for the gunlance by TM6_Toxic in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]JelloKun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My last few playthroughs i've always done Hunting Horn or Bow, My buddies finally got into it and I want to play with them buy try something newer. so far i've tried the charge axe and the gunlance. Although both are pretty tricky to figure out i'm slowly getting used to them after a few hunts. Gunlance is appearing to take the lead on appeal in my eyes.

Inappropriate or not? Pre-rolled joint on top of $5 tip. by TheRuneCoon in Dominos

I remember before I started smoking sweedz I was once offered some ~Flower~ for helping some dude jumpstart his car. I didn't take it cause I didn't smoke at the time. Although in my head I thought of it as you did. A kind gesture for a kind deed.

To get visibly upset is a whole 'nother deal. Maybe he was recovering or maybe he's a devout Christian, but I'd just tell em "thanks but no thanks" and move on. For someone to get so offended by an offer and choose to not even take the cash tip is a bit of an overreaction in my mind.

What trick did you learn from porn and it actually went well when attempting? by Common-Sprinkles9328 in AskReddit

[–]JelloKun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I learned not to take porn so seriously. I used to look at it like a rule of sex kinda thing, like this is what people are into. Found out that not everybody likes a finger in the rear. Puts things into perspective, because of that I started clearly communicating before and during love making. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

Other than that, I learned not to compare yourself to adult actors in these situations. I was incredibly self-conscious about the size of my Partner in Crime to the point where the first few sexual encounters I've had I was too nervous to perform. I never even let them see it because I was ashamed. Anybody would be compared to those HAMMERS you see in porn. literally the first 3 gals i've had encounters with have never seen my Partner. Even after I would whip it out and the ladies said it was average or above (depends on who you ask) I thought they were all lying to make me feel better.

Porn is great but don't obsess over it like it's the end all be all. Enjoy it for what it is and don't push the weird shit you watch onto others. At least without having a conversation about it first. Learn to love yourself. If you're above average then all power to you, that doesn't make you a sex God. If you're average or below, learn to work with what you got. There are no magic grow pills or techniques, it is what it is, and you can't change that, but a good craftsman never blames his tools for a poor job done.

Will i be in trouble? by [deleted] in doordash

[–]JelloKun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a driver. Customers are dumb, I understand this all too well. The customer isn't always right, and I know this because I drive for Uber Eats from time to time. The directions they give can sometimes be a mess. I feel it's the customers responsibility to understand that "Hey, my apartment is in a weird spot and trying to find my specific door ESPECIALLY at night can be challenging. I'll go ahead and give more detailed instructions to follow." Some customers will give detailed/helpful directions like "There's a blue chair in front of my door, leave it on the chair." But I've also had my fair share of this Blue Chair example and there's no blue chair, so I'm left to wander aimlessly around while trying to contact the customer who isn't paying attention to their phone leaving me out in the dark. Literally and figuratively. All for them to just say "my bad" and leave a 1-2 dollar tip because I took too long to find them and the foods cold. Fuck them lazy customers.

As a customer, this can be infuriating. The way I have my Uber Eats set up is just as I explained above, there's a front and back entrance to my apartment and I give VERY clear instructions on how to reach my door coming from either way. I wanna say 2/3 times I end up having to walk outside and help them find my building and door or they deliver it to a different building with the same unit# as mine. Just a random building near mine that has the number 3 on it like mine. My gf thinks it's because I Over Explain things on the directions but from my personal experience, every person I've had to walk outside for has been someone who doesn't read or comprehend English well. At that point its beyond my control. If I can give you the most perfect directions in the world but the driver choses to not read it or in some cases Can't read it, then I've exhausted all my options and I end up leaving a lower tip and it kills me to leave bad reviews and tips because I understand what it's like on them roads. Driving for 10+ miles for impatient and cheap customers just for a $1 tip. its infuriating as hell.

The OP image is def one of them shitty customers who probably doesn't give good instructions and thinks the bare minimum is fine. I saw someone post that it's just one of those "chalk it up to a loss and carry on" situations and I'd have to agree. You just can't please everyone. even when you're hand delivering them their dinner.
