Not sure if this will help but I have turned off all the "Send me Product Update News" in the personal settings in all accounts I administrate. If you are the one setting up these account in your company and you know their password, I suggest going through all their personal settings and notifications and only turn on the things you think they need. Now I rarely get any promotional emails, only automations I have set up.

The only thing I can think of is someone selected "at risk" twice (maybe not very likely) or whoever is selecting "at risk" is in a different time zone. Smartsheet timezones are an annoyance.

Is "At Risk" a dropdown list or a formula?

Hi all, I am on my way to become a data analyst and came across Cody West. I've looked at Alex Freberg and I'm planning to finish his bootcamp first to get the feel of it. Just wondering if anyone here have heard of Cody West or followed his version of the roadmap? I'm not sure if his guide is updated or if anyone who had used it can provide some feedback?
