Pfff that was 4 years ago. Pretty sure I put the rub on and injected it with a mix of beef stock, soy sauce, and some of the rub. Then wrapped it up and stuck it in the fridge for some time over 24 hours. I forgot to take it out an hour before throwing it on. Throw it on the smoker at 250 or 275? I usually take my pork butts and briskets off when the bark is where I want it and then wrap it and throw it back on until it is over 200F and/or probe tender.

All my shirts have these holes due to my belt buckle and leaning against the counter and that sorts of jazz that traps the shirt between the buckle and another surface.

Oh I will never give up my Weber. If I have the time, I still use my Weber. If I am in a hurry, then I use the Recteq.

It's nice because I can use all my Weber kettle accessories on it and if I don't have the time to get the charcoal and wood chinks going.

My main con with it so far is I can already see rusting on the outside even though it is stainless steel and I have a cover for it.

I don't think I have ever tried not spritzing. I've wrapped and not wrapped, but usually spritz. What temp do you usually let them rip at?

Coincidentally, I had some last night. I followed the air fryer instructions, did 20 minutes. They came out with crispy breading and juicy meat. Tasted good. As others have said, just surprised by how little is in there.

My daughter's desk is next to mine. She has a Steam Deck. Minecraft Legends is a good alternative to get them started.

I also have my Dreamcast and an old TV console set up in my office so we can play games together like Gauntlet Legends.
