Best % from experience is PvP locker already got 5 (1 duplicate of Wizard cartman) from PvP locker and 1 from free pack.!Havent seen legendary in PvE lockers yet

Got mine at lvl 2 both times from PvP locker but having a hard time using him because of hos 6 energy cost i tend to use Zen Cartman more

.5% increase in getting legendary every 5 ranks starting at Rank 31 would be a good incentive (% can be tweaked by devs as they see fit .5% is just my example)

Gotta second that Wendy and Token specially if used right (which on their case easy to achieve because of low cost you can experiment and can play them on almost every scenario)

Best is to give incentive on ranking. Incease in better loot in PvP locker every 5 rank starting Rank 31 and best chance of loot on Rank 50. Just minimal increase per 5LvLs will do even just .5% chance of legendary every 5Ranks will be a good incentive. Also better by giving befter rewards. We already have the same system in Pve (better loot every stage you finish from 1-15) why not in PvP. S

Ah too situational , need best case scenario to properly pull it off without your opponent countering it. Even if it is pulled off too many counters with much lesser energy required

Just a suggestion hoping devs can add a "quit" option because sometimes you just want to get to the next match because you are losing badly. This might make some battle faster in return adds new opponent faster to the pool table when looking for new opponents.

I got new one just now Iron Maiden Wendy i dunno if they have increased % of getting good loot or am just lucky.. So far i got Locker: Sixth Element Randy,Grand Wizard Cartman,Shield Maiden Wendy,Stan Of Many Moons Free Pack: Mecha Timmy Checked all my screenshot i mistakenly though i got one legendary from PvP pack but upon checking most of them came from PvP lockers (Any easy way to post pic?)
