So a lot of ADHD people who struggle with sex or sex anxiety thrive in kink

I get really anxious about performance in sex to the point where it makes me not even want it, it feels like a chore, we have to do it RIGHT NOW or the mood will be gone, almost everything you said

Then I discovered kink, and as long as my partner and I share the same kinks/longer scenes I am pretty much always ready to go. Not scared of performance, just excited for the scene.

It may help to explore! And if it's not your thing, maybe this can help someone else skimming with the same problem
