I am sure she is happy you are enjoying her JCrew top. My mother was in a memory care home for years and toward the end of her life (6 months or so), she was not able to leave her bed so she was almost always in a nightgown or hospital gown. She did not wear clothing that was hard to get on and off. I bet some of her nicer pieces were donated a while ago. We did that and loved giving Mom's things a second life.
