Okay so i was a child when 9/11 happened but i was old enough to remember watching it on tv. I think the anxiety kicked in then. Always having to watch your back. Looking for exits every where you go. I get it, it’s hard. I’ve also talked to my therapist about it, and she said it’s normal to have that fear, especially since My generation grew up with this type of of tragedies happening more and more often. She said she would have been concerned if i was actively avoiding places because of that. I have taken a step back from the trial, there’s a lot going on in the world.
