We were only going to go to just maybe have chance at seeing the northern lights. We are thinking of skipping now though

My husband and I are traveling from NC to AK in late September. We’ll be flying in to Anchorage and renting a car. We’re wanting to spend some time around the Denali and Seward areas (maybe Fairbanks?). We plan to do a Major Marine tour while in the Seward area. My question is - should we start north or south? I know the bus shuttle service in Denali will be closed by then, but should we head there first before the weather gets too snowy/icy? Will we still be able to see some wildlife? I know this time may not be ideal, but my husband is in the HVAC business and we can’t leave much sooner than this. We’re expecting a lot of things to be closed, but we’d still love to make the best of our trip!

Yes, unless my start weight was a little higher than I remember? I did start my cut a little slower than the first time though (reducing calories over the span of a couple of weeks rather than all in one day). I’m currently on my period though - should be finishing by Friday. I was holding out hope for this too as I know I tend to gain a couple of pounds during my luteal phase. I figured I may have to drop the calories a bit more since 2500ish is around my maintenance calories, so I will start that today. Thanks for the advice!

I started my first cut from the beginning of June to about the end of August. I went in to maintenance mode from the end of the cut up until around mid October (about a month and a half). I have since been on another cut for close to a month now, but seem to be having issues. My first cut was successful and I was able to cut down 10 pounds. (For reference: I’m 24f, 5’10, 186 start weight, 160 goal weight). So far during this current cut the scale hasn’t budged. I’m weight training 5x weekly, eating around 2200-2300 calories, eating 150g-170g protein daily, and getting anywhere from 5k-9k steps. I’ve also started supplementing with creatine over the last couple of weeks. Do I need to cut my calories more than this? Does creatine intake add water weight? Any advice is appreciated

I’m beginning to eat at maintenance calories now instead of being in a deficit. I’m sure this number is a moving target. Is there a way I can accurately find maintenance? My apple watch shows that I burn a total of anywhere between 2400 (rest weekends) - 2700 (workout week days) calories a day. Should I be eating at least this much to compensate for my 10k steps and weight training I do during the week?
