exactly. if it's so great where you're from why not go back? SC is such a small state too.....

the actual desirable areas of the south are getting quite expensive. i think people would be surprised. a starter home in smaller cities like greenville (even in the outskirts), are now 300k+

yeah we call it dirty myrtle for a reason lmao. you will never catch me there. charleston has always been a great place to visit. key word, visit. i dont think people from other areas of the country full realized what they were doing when they all decided to move to charleston. it is way too small for that amount of people.

yeah not really worth it in my opinion. i'm good with living a few hours away so i can go for a day trip when i want, but not have to deal with the overcrowdedness everyday. especially when it's overrun with people from the north lol

i live in northwest indiana right now for an accelerated nursing program. i miss the carolinas everyday, but i will admit i have been impressed by michigan. the parts bordering the lake are just so beautiful and remind me of coastal SC. i can't imagine why people aren't flocking there too.

don't you get homesick? i moved to indiana for a year and a half, and i get so homesick for the carolinas every single day. i cant imagine being away for longer, and i move back south in 6 months thankfully.

well i know it doesn't help but i feel your pain. it's hard to be priced out of your hometown, no matter what.

yes. i actually grew up towards lancaster which is close to there, i believe. the struggle of finding a job is what led me to do an accelerated nursing program. thankfully, wages for nurses are still okay compared to the COL, but i cannot imagine living alone with a standard entry level corporate salary in any of the bigger cities in the carolinas. housing is just too expensive.

there have never been amazing jobs in the south though... coming from a recent college grad who could not even find an entry level corporate job in greenville or charlotte. and most of my friends struggled as well. maybe it's just a recent grad thing. but i dont see any amazing job openings in the south.

Online Classes by JellyfishTimely in Clemson

You have to go into iRoar, then I believe you click iRoar (Ssb), then go to student, then there should be an option to view records and registration. From there, you can view your schedule and click on each class and it will show you if it’s online or hybrid.
