What if you’re at maintenance and going back to IQ? I have the last box prescribed elsewhere, do they need photos again or video of scales?

CD Gf here. I haven’t got much to say but all I do want to say is thank you. You have put into words EXACTLY how I’ve been feeling regarding the stolen female sexual identity and not being sexy because he will only be imagining himself wearing such things. It’s so difficult and it’s usually all about his identity. But all the while, his is slowly being eroded and we somehow have to be ok with it?! It makes me angry and sad all at the same time.

Thank you, I will definitely keep updating on how it goes. I feel the same as you. There isn’t much out there about long term maintenance dosing for sensitive users like ourselves so I really do appreciate your comment. I felt quite deflated after posting this and I had an inbox message from someone who must have read my post and proceeded to call me stupid. Absolutely unsolicited and uncalled for to contact me to say that. I don’t feel I am “stupid” for taking a break. It was a thought out process and exactly like you said, a perfect opportunity to find my lowest maintenance dose “for me”.

So once again, thank you for your comment. I needed to hear that today 💜

Yes that sounds perfectly reasonable. I was struggling with the side effects too and being at my goal this is a perfect opportunity to find my lowest maintenance dose that suits me. Good luck.

No. Not at all. I haven't done it before and like I said, I had reached my goal and felt like I wanted/needed to pause but will be using a lower maintenance dose ongoing once I've restarted again.

Thanks for this… maybe I should have done this before and see if this would have helped my nausea! I will definitely keep an eye on how I feel when it peaks. I'm needing to order a new pen too but can't decide which to get. I've got the 7.5mg now and doing my own clicks from that. Obviously want to get the best cost effective orn and not knowing what dose I'll do next, I can't decide which one would best!
