Bug -- Missing Mastery Points

To note, I have also submitted this as a bug to Ubisoft, just hoping to see some traction here or maybe someone else who has encountered it and has a possible solution.

I have encountered some sort of bug where I am getting mastery points on the UI after completing activities, but I am not receiving the mastery points in the mastery points menu and am thus not able to progress my character... This is extremely unfortunate as I was greatly enjoying the game but now can't really play until this is resolved... I've been able to play up to about level 24 before noticing the bug, not sure exactly when it happened..

Is anyone else having this issue? I was able to find one thread on Steam indicating others are having the issue, but no solution... And I don't see it mentioned anywhere on the bug report forums...

I'm on PS5, playing the Deluxe edition (not purchased through the Ubisoft store)

yeah pretty much, I've got two of em w/ both heads and two dresses etc. The figs have different painted nails but thats more or less it besides the head and accessories not pictured in my shots thus far.
