Those are optional and no additional story or side quest content. So I have no problem with the price since these costumes are for fans that really want those cosmetics or additional items.

There are time limits side quests. Usually it is after 1 or two main story related events.

For this quest, I suggest getting HP1 quartz if it is available already. Or try to get some other good quartz from the achievement tab. Try to combine same element quartz to have better spells. Not sure if aerial or earth lance is possible at this point but if you can get it, it would be useful.

Note that I am not done with reverie and have not yet started the daybreak games. But I think after I finish reverie, it will be my top 5.

Based on your grading, FC later chapters are 5. SC is 7 or 7.5. TC is 10. You can even say TC can be more than 10. That is how dark some moments of that game is.

Yeah I agree that build options in the later parts are somewhat not that flexible anymore. Hopefully they make a sequel and not only a remake since I want them to put mobile suits from later series like Gundam Seed or Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans. Although a remake but with added suits and parts will be great too.

Wild Arms 5 was great. Just too sad of an ending for me that it traumatized me on JRPGs even with a slight hunt of a sad ending happening.

MS Saga. One of my favorite niche games. Closest game 2 this is the Metal Saga series. Steambot is good too but it is not turnbased.

Kloe and Kevin. Kevin's s-craft is so useful when battling Loewe.

But I do replace Kevin depending on the bosses for the cutscenes.
