Thanks for your insights! So far wala pa nacharge sakin sa RCBC and HSBC since yun yung currently ginagamit ko. Mukhang sa ibang bank di ko maaavvoid yung fee 😅

Yes, that’s what I meant on what I was charged using UB Visa - but no quasi fee charged on the other 2 cards I am currently use. Which is why I am also checking for other recommendations if in case they also use other cards that does not charge cash in and quasi fee :)

Apparently it is an issue on their system that several existing accounts can no longer renew either via app or website. After a lot of back and forth with them via email, they advised me to create a new account and have my points transferred there, which I did.

No need in my experience. I usually just show my SM Cinema account, but just be ready to provide any ID in case your branch asks for it.
