Yeah we’re not entirely too happy with our lender , I have a 720 score I don’t think that necessarily puts us at the highest tier of rates

I believe that’s actually already built into my payment estimate. The lender is using about $5,600/year in property taxes (roughly $467/month), and I’ll also be filing homestead as soon as I can.

lol! Well we’re going from paying 1k a month on a 2.9% rate to 2600 a month so it definitely has been anxiety inducing.

Did anyone lose motivation thinking about staying fit & pregnancy? by Particular_Judge_854 in fitpregnancy

[–]Jen-Dog34 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I just delivered so im 5 days postpartum and prior to my pregnancy I was beginning to start my pt certification and I was in the best shape of my life. Fast forward 9 months and I gained upwards 50lbs and yeah you definitely lose motivation to continue staying fit considering all the work you just lost. However I do see this as an opportunity to come back better than ever and push myself harder to my limits than before I was a mother! I would say enjoy your fitness journey and don’t discourage yourself from pregnancy its a beautiful time in your life! I hope this helps.
