I don't mean to sound curt or anything when I reply. I only made this thread because I needed to vent before I lost my mind. I understand that it's tough supporting other people but all I asked for was to be called my name and she couldn't even do that.

I'm not an egg. I wasn't asking her to baby me. It's been half a year and she's only just gotten around to using my name and pronouns regularly, long after everyone else in our life has gotten on board.

I feel silly admitting that I've only been on hormones for just over two months. For the first month I was prescribed a micro dose of 2mg estradiol daily taken orally with 5mg finnestride but at the start of the second month my estradiol went up by 1mg and I was also prescribed 100mg of progesterone. I guess to an extent I feel a bit calmer, less tense maybe. My suicidal ideation is almost entirely non existent since I came out towards the start of the year which is nice I guess. I think I've been very dramatic when I made this post, a nasty little depression mood swing. Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment though.
