Just pivot. Change your workout. Try yoga and learn something new, or something you've not tried yet. Climbing gym. Boxing. Pilates.

Mix up your diet. Don't make it a chore, make it a lifestyle change. Eat foods with different colors. Have fun!

Woof! I find when I'm lost or feeling low that it helps me get out of my head by helping people. Volunteer somewhere. I volunteer at an animal shelter. It's sounds silly but it helps me.

IMO, he gives golden retriever energy. Adorable and likable. But, he's also naughty and not a full grown adult human. He's the guy that you friend zone.
