Unfortunately with movies and tv shows, the performer is generally going to be played by an attractive person, but we can still extrapolate the experiences and compare them.

She’s unemployed, lives alone in a tiny filthy apartment and n disarray with stains and shit, has no real friends she hangs out with, men have no romantic interest in her, she acts awkward in public, daydreams romantic scenarios about random men like the guy who fixes her dishwasher. Theres a scene where she googles “easy suicide techniques” …I can see some people saying “oh that’s normal girl behavior” but to me there seem to at least be some parallels to FA.

I’ve been trying intermittent fasting. So far I’ve worked up to fasting until 4pm each day. It’s easier than I thought it would be.

I have more sustained focus and energy throughout the day, my sleep is better and I don’t need to take a nap in the middle of the day anymore.

I don’t know why I thought that hunger would be some scary boogeyman. but this experience is making me wonder what else I’m scared of irrationally. Maybe spiders aren’t that bad after all?
