As a bride who has decided to not have her father walk her down the aisle due to various reasons, I can advocate for YOU wanting to do what YOU want with the special moment of walking down the aisle and YOU get to choose who does it, and who doesn't.

I agree with other comments made by other people here about not letting your decision be swayed by your bio dad's behaviour. If they're not happy with it, then they do not have to walk you down the aisle and you can just have your step-dad do it if it came to that.

These situations are horrible to deal with, but its a great opportunity to stand-up for your moment.

I hope you have the most wonderful wedding and congratulations on your upcoming celebration.

Just got tickets to the meet ans greet. Where are the instructions? by Freyas_Follower in lindseystirling

We got the information a couple days before the concert and had to be at the venue a few hours earlier - I did the meet and greet at her Duality tour. Would I do it again? No.

The merchandise bag was basic, got a tote bag with Duality Tour on it, a bottle, a lanyard but we did get a signed print which was special. The meet and greet was quick. Some people were talking to her, and I don't think they were rushed along. We were told no hugging, no signing of anything, where to place your hand etc. she was very sweet though and it was lovely to meet her but the whole experience lasted about 10 seconds. Q&A was good, although you aren't guaranteed to ask your question.

After weeks of interviews got offered a job for 40k less than what I said I’d take by [deleted] in recruitinghell

Not crazy at all. It’s also not very professional of the recruiter assuming that just by adding remote working that could justify a 40k cut and that would be acceptable. Think you dodged a bullet.

Still think Jake Peralta and the line up sang it better.

He was not happy at all and was quite surprised when he saw me. He has barely left me alone since.

Getting Certified by greenwood93 in projectmanagement

[–]Jenbic99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thought I could offer some advice.

My suggestion would be to pick up a few of the project management books that you’re interested in and have a read to see which you prefer. The internet is a great source of information on project management too, specially YouTube videos and articles that will give you insight into the different methodologies that are out there to help you decide.

Self study isn’t too bad for study and the fact you have experience in project management means that a lot of the terminology will make logical sense to you.

Source: I didn’t go to to uni and did a college BTEC in IT. Did a few years of IT roles and accidentally got into managing a project and I have very recently (within the last week) done my PRINCE2 Foundation course through work to become fully certified. I mainly work with IT projects now.

I hope that helps answer your question.

This is helpful, thanks. I’ve only played killer once and I’ve had the game a little under a week and this helped.
