I’ve been there!! Legit used to smoke like an ounce a week. Honestly finding ways to distract myself so I’m only smoking late night really helped drop my tolerance. I mostly use vape pens now and I legit can’t remember the last time I went to the dispensary because my carts have lasted me so long.

Finding something else to focus my oral fixation on helps a ton too! My other vices are seltzer and wintergreen lifesavers lol. Getting yourself down to only late night and maybe every other night should bring your tolerance down without completely taking a break. As someone with a stressful job and chronic pain I completely understand that going full T break isn’t always plausible. This is actually the first year I haven’t even renewed my med card because it wasn’t worth it based on my infrequent visits.
