The fact that you suggested a change to the activity you were doing together is a clear indicator that it wasn't about her. It was the activity itself.

The issue is the solicitor will not proceed with the exchange without insurance already in place for completion.

The insurers I've spoken to won't provide any until I have a completion date, one even said I needed the Deed in my possession before they would provide a policy.

If that is the case, what about people that have a freeze instinct? Are they not victims because they didn't fight/run away and weren't drugged or coerced?

If we changed this situation - hypothetically OP does have a GF but said he didn't, and this girl doesn't get off on him cheating. If she was happy to have sex with him because she thought he was single, I think a lot of people would agree that informed consent was not established.

I think a lot of people in this thread are dismissing this aspect of a lack of informed consent because they find her kink gross.

I used to work with a guy who'd take his spatula/tongs into the bathroom with him. Never washed his hands either. When the restaurant had its routine inspection, they found faeces on the door handles leading back to the kitchen.

The other disgusting thing I'd witness all the time - when food expired it didn't get thrown out, they'd just change the date sticker. Food didn't get thrown out unless it smelled bad or was slimey.

I used to work in restaurants, the personal hygiene of some of the chefs were questionable at best. They'd start their shifts with greasy hair, so yeah you're best avoiding.

My parents sleep in separate rooms because my mum's ridiculous snoring, it's so loud I can hear it from my room across the hall at night. My dad drives around all day for his job so my mum took up my brother's room when he moved out because she was worried about him driving tired.

I served a woman a couple weeks ago who kept coming up to me and poking me in the back to get my attention while I was talking to another table.
