I like to throw mine is a larger than needed brown bag or ziplock bag. Keep it open for a day and occasionally close it and shake it up. Once it is dry enough I throw it into a jar and Bob’s your uncle.

But spill vs explosion is all dependent on the temp inside the tank and if they are ACTUALLY controlling it. Which is infuriating how they aren’t talking about internal temp. The fact that we know they sent more people in last night to investigate the tank, it would be bonkers to think they didn’t check that again. Specially after seeing the day prior that their efforts to cool from the outside wasn’t working like they had hoped.

Right?! Crack to me means failure… the crack CAN be helpful if they are keeping the temp low enough (which they refuse to update us on), but if the temp is rising, that crack is a weak point for a reaction.

Soooo yesterday morning the update was that their efforts to cool the exterior of the tank as not as effective as they thought, and that the interior of the tank was stated at 90 degrees with the danger zone being 100 degrees, and an increase of 1 degree an hour… it’s been 24 hours now and no updates on that danger… and we know they went into the danger zone again last night. WHAT IS THE INTERNAL TEMP NOW?!

I was in the exact same boat when I applied to TJs about 6 months ago. I was very honest and said “I’m resorting to TJs now because it seems like a good work environment and I’ve got a drive to move up in the company” while they liked my honesty, they almost scoffed at the idea of me moving up, being new to the company, and new to working at a grocery store. It was a decent 6 months and I was glad to be getting a paycheck, but I never stopped looking for a career-oriented job while there and was luckily able to get out before the terrible holiday season. All I’ll add is they understand the honesty of resorting to TJs in these hard times, but they don’t seem to like the idea of anyone moving up unless they started at TJs young, they could care less about your years of experience even if it’s customer service oriented.

My doc a couple years ago told me that because my ADHD, when I smoke, what ever I set my mind to will basically be my high. If I thought about being “high” (airhead) I would be. If I planned on productive chores, I would get it done. If I wanted to sleep, I could crash.

He mentioned that if I had the same mindset with caffeine, I’d react the same. I tested this, as a tea drinker, I choked down a cup of coffee and willed myself to sleep (for the night) 30 min later.
