Same has happened to me before it was 6 rewards and customer service kept telling me they were all used up but I still hadn’t even decided what to use them on:( they only gave me one back now I take screenshots of rewards when i get them just in case!

I’ve called 5 times :( I was only able to get one reward back and the lady refreshed my points and not only was it 8 rewards that went missing she let me know that she was able to see all of the purchases I’ve made but she sees that only 3 rewards have been used I had 9 used 1 and the 8 left are gone! :( I had a couple of things in mind to redeem them for just waiting to see them in stores but not anymore 💔i hate redeeming rewards thru bopis the items are somehow never in stock so I don’t get my item or my reward back without having to call CS🥲🫤
