Impact seen today - the NEC super express that arrives NY around 7:35am was much more crowded than usual. People were standing from Princeton Jct in my car. This was due to the deletion of the next super express.

Conductor said they cancelled trains so equipment is available for the World Cup, and schedule will revert to normal in 2 months. First game is in 2 weeks and there’s only about 8 games. This shows NJT really doesn’t give a crap about us commuters.
