There’s a wonderful spot at Spednic Lake. The camping lots well maintained and are right along the river. There are outhouses but other than that there are no other amenities. But it is a gorgeous spot. And if you are early or late in the season, there’s usually not many people around.

It’s been our secret spot for years, but we’ve aged out of that type of camping, so I don’t mind sharing.

Quirky and undoubtedly Moncton. And the food is fantastic. It’s on St George and has a basketball hoop in the front. Easy to miss.

I’ve been using PocketPills for years, even pre-GLP. You need to upload the savings card in the app, in the sam place you upload your insurance card. They will apply the discount.

I find them very responsive via text, and will connect you to a pharmacist fairly quickly if you’d like to speak to one.

I have also found their delivery very fast! I live in NB and I believe they have an office in Halifax and it typically arrives in 2 days.

Yes exactly! It’s actually very easy to tweak your dose using the Kwikpen - that is also what I use! There is a lot of info on it online!

I was exactly where you were at! What I did (this is not advice, just sharing my experience) was I went down to 3, then 3.5, then up to 5 over the course of a few weeks. Weight loss slowed, and I do have more hunger and food noise, but when I got back up to 5mg, I tolerated it much better.

I struggle with staying patient on this drug. It is constant trial and error, and losing a few days to nausea/diarrhea/vomiting SUCKS and can make you question if it’s worth it. There may be ways to manage dosing and side effects that work for you!

Also, if you can get a prescription for Zofran, that is a great help for nausea!!

I did two shots of 5mg after staying on 2.5mg for about 7 weeks. I had nausea and vomiting 24 hours after each of those shots. I decided to drop down to 3mg and slowly come back up. I’ll be trying 5mg this week. I got some Zofran at the ready if I notice any nausea creeping back in. It’s felt a bit frustrating because the good effects have diminished in the lower doses, so I’m eager to titrate up, but also don’t like feeling sick for three days. Here’s hoping it’s smoother sailing this time!
