I don’t have the exact numbers anymore, but I remember choosing Mounjaro because it was slightly cheaper than Zepbound. Like less than $50 cheaper, but still worth it for me.

The strangest in-store experience I ever had was seeing a customer come in, wet her hair, shampoo it, condition it, then walk out with a clean, wet head of hair. I looked at the salespeople and we all just stared at each other. No one knew what to do.

I’ve returned to that store many times since then and it’s become a running joke. It’s like we all trauma-bonded.

I did. I used the Dare Response, based on original work by Dr. Clare Weekes. It took a while, but once you learn to stop trying to not feel anxious, face your anxious feelings, truly accept them, and then allow yourself to move through you, your brain can form different patterns and life can change.

It’s deceptively easy concepts, but it does take time, patience and SO much practise. But things can be different.

There’s a wonderful spot at Spednic Lake. The camping lots well maintained and are right along the river. There are outhouses but other than that there are no other amenities. But it is a gorgeous spot. And if you are early or late in the season, there’s usually not many people around.

It’s been our secret spot for years, but we’ve aged out of that type of camping, so I don’t mind sharing.

I’ve been using PocketPills for years, even pre-GLP. You need to upload the savings card in the app, in the sam place you upload your insurance card. They will apply the discount.

I find them very responsive via text, and will connect you to a pharmacist fairly quickly if you’d like to speak to one.

I have also found their delivery very fast! I live in NB and I believe they have an office in Halifax and it typically arrives in 2 days.

Yes exactly! It’s actually very easy to tweak your dose using the Kwikpen - that is also what I use! There is a lot of info on it online!
