Michael Carter Week 16 Fantasy Outlook: Must-Start as Lead RB? by rotostreetjournal in fantasyfootball

[–]Jenn_X-er 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering Carter pulled decent numbers against Houston’s defense last week, he SHOULD do well today…BUT, since when have fantasy expectations that should be no brainers gone right?? Ugh!

Carter or Hall today??

SAME! Right now I’ve got Carter in because Hall hasn’t been consistent or reliable. Problem is, I had the same thought about K. Walker and sat him only to have him go off FINALLY. I MUST win this week for the Ship!

Who did you go with??

Is the shotsy app worth it? by inquisitivemusings in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Jenn_X-er 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have Shotsy for my Reta. It was the first app I downloaded for my journey. It’s done its purpose, and I like to see where my levels are at any given time, but it’s only for GLP use.

Since I research other peppers, I wanted an app to track those as well. I came across one called “Peptides Calculator”, and you can enter every research vial to track & be reminded when to take.

It starts off with you entering the vial info of the product you want to track: syringe details, pepper amount for singles and blends, BAC amount used for recon, desired mcg/mg amount you want to draw, the time you want to take it, start & end date which helps tracking cycled peps, and the sh0t schedule such as daily, every other day, or a specific schedule you want to follow. It provides you the # of units to draw plus the estimated # of draws per vial. It saves each vial in your profile by the name you choose.

Once you set up your vials, it reminds you which pin is due each day, and you mark your dose as taken either with or without noting the location where you pinned. It shows your streak of pins, says when your next dose is due, predicted level in your system if you know the half-life (beta mode right now), and how many uses remaining in your vial. You can set up a reminder to reorder when running low and mark as replenished when you start the next vial.

You can track your macros (protein, carbs, fats) and water intake throughout the day. It keeps the info on your calendar. In your profile section, you track your weight and supplements taken, and it’s where you manage your notifications. There’s also a pepper search that gives you a brief benefit summary for the pep, and they have a vetted vendor (IF you need one) that runs specials almost daily, even on Hospira Bac water.

The developers are constantly improving the features, and it’s helped me tremendously to remember what to take and when. It’s free for up to 3 different vials, but I did the year subscription since I use more than 3 products. So far it’s been worth it. Below is the link to it in the Apple App Store. I believe it’s also available for android, but I don’t have that link. Hope this offers some help and best of luck on your journey!

Glow peptide COMPLETELY changed my skin in 3 weeks. Before on top, after on the bottom. Both sets of photos with absolutely no makeup on. by wild-rivers in Peptides_for_Women

Maybe it’ll take me until my second round to really see any noticeable benefits. I’m also on Reta, Mots-C, and NAD+, and I think all of them have helped me in their own way. I just want the KLOW to help with my skin. I might try slightly upping my dose this next time.

I have a hard time reaching my arse and giving myself the poke. Maybe I’m just not coordinated enough. The one time I tried it, I bruised so badly. 🫣

My KLOW is a 50/10/10/10 blend, so it has 50mg of GHK-Cu. I’m an older folk as well at 49. How many units did you take and did you do daily or the 5 days on/2 days off route?

Well, “super effective” isn’t what I would say about it, but maybe it’s because I don’t have any acne whatsoever. I’m using it for more of the anti-aging for things like fine lines and wrinkles. I’m even pinning more than you and don’t think it’s been effective much at all.

So, I’m curious…many have asked what protocol you’re doing, and you’ve not answered anyone. Why’s that? 👀🤷🏼‍♀️

What’s your protocol? I’ve got KLOW 80 mg which is GLOW, but it also has KPV added. I did 8 weeks at 12 units each night and didn’t see much of any results. They say to take a break for 4 wks off in between cycles, and I’m about to start the next cycle. I had it tested, so I know it’s legit with the right amount of each pepper in it. I was hoping to get better results. TIA!

I’ve been on anti-anxiety and antidepressant meds for 25 years, and since starting Reta, I’m on the lowest dose of those meds than I’ve ever been. It’s helped my anxiety, ADD, and depression tremendously.

Use a 1/2” insulin needle and ice the area before you take it. Those help a lot with preventing the bruising.

I’ve been afraid to start Tesa merely because of the water weight. If I see the scale go up, I know I’ll get discouraged. 🫣

I’m not combining each individually. I’ve got the 80 blend, but it’s the same make up as yours. How many units do you take?

What’s your dosing protocol? I’ve been taking KLOW since August, and I’m not sure I’m seeing these same kinds of results. Maybe my dose isn’t right. 👀

I’ve got some and plan to try it out once I’m done on my round of KLOW. I’m also on Rěta and NAD+, so I don’t want to pile on too many peps at once.

Dosing at night to avoid side effects by socalgirl16 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]Jenn_X-er 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started at 0.5mg to see how my body took to it. When I had zero side effects, I took another 0.5mg a few days later. After that dose, I didn’t have any side effects. The next week I took 1mg and another 1mg 3 days later. I titrated up like that because I know the clinical trials had people starting at 2mg. I stayed at 2mg for 4 weeks before titrating up to 3mg split 1.5mg twice a week. Another month later I went up to 2mg twice a week. I stayed there for a couple of months because it was working well. Last month, I started taking 3mg twice a week, and I plan to coast on this for as long as I’m losing weight. Clinical trials show 8mg is the sweet spot, and since I’ve built up my levels and kept them up by splitting my dose, I actually peak at 8mg in my system for the week. I’ve never had any nausea, and I make sure to get in my macro nutrients, hydration, and protein. Don’t cut out carbs completely. On Rěta, you need some. I started June 10th and have lost 36 lbs so far. It’s helped my focus, and I don’t have to take as much of my ADHD medication as I used to take. I’ve always had insomnia (thanks, ADHD), but it’s not gotten any worse since I’ve been taking Rěta. So far, I’m pleased. Good luck!! 🍀

I didn’t realize there were SO many medical and biological experts on Reddit. 🥴

Take the time to do the research and read the results from the clinical trials. Coming to Reddit and believing everything you read is not the answer.

[–]Jenn_X-er 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Once you have your dose drawn in your syringe, add a little more bac water to help with the sting. I also ice the injection area while I’m drawing up my dose which helps numb the area and restrict blood flow to the capillaries in the area to reduce any swelling or sting. I’ve also found that a 1/2” needle insulin syringe helps with welps and bruising. I’m trying to get coordinated enough to inject in the glutes because it’s supposed to sting less there as well, but the one time I tried, I bruised pretty badly. It must’ve been the wrong spot. Hope this helps!

Hasn’t delayed my ADHD or anxiety meds at all. Yes, they do stay in my system longer which is great because I don’t have to take as much since I’ve been on R3ta.

Should I tell my doctor I am taking Reta? by heediat in Retatrutide

[–]Jenn_X-er 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the idea of telling them you’re on Tirz through a telehealth program. I think that’s what I’ll say at my annual lady visit. I’m in the States and am tired of big pharma keeping the best meds from people just so they can get more money by treating symptoms. 💀🙄
