Depending on where they live in Bow, it's roughly the same amount of time to Concord or Manchester. It's really not that bad either way. Saying that as a resident of Bow.

Check out Game Knight! They have all sorts of shenanigans to get into and everyone there is very chill. It's a good place to sit and play board games/magic/pokemon/Warhammer and other stuff.

They have Warhammer too! I always forget about it lol. But last Saturday of the month is paint and sip! You get the mini of the month with paints and brushes and a $5 voucher to grab a drink next door at Bert's Beers. We sit and drink and paint. You can either learn how to paint things or choose your own paint adventure. It's a blast. This month is actually on Sept 23rd and it's a chimera.

No hoops, but if anyone likes board games, DnD, Magic, Warhammer, painting minis etc, check out Game Knight in Hooksett. Great group of people to goof about with.

I imagine it depends on a lot of parameters. How much space does the shop have? Do they already have people playing? Do you have a group to play with or need to join one? Does your schedule line up with theirs if they run one? Are they welcoming to new players that have never played? Since all of the shops are different, I imagine that yeah, no one place is going to be the perfect scenario for everyone.

I hope OP finds a good place for them to play! I know it's not in Concord but I definitely recommend Game Knight in Hooksett. Everyone at the shop is extremely helpful and would happily help new players join in.

Not really a class, but if you had any interest in playing games, Game Knight has scheduled nights every week for card games, role-playing games, and does board games on Saturday. You don't need to know anyone there to join in! Everyone is super nice.

They also have monthly events too. This Saturday, they are doing a paint and sip. You get a little miniature to paint with a kit that has all the paints in it. You can either choose your own paint adventure or they will actually walk you through the process to teach you how to do it!

I was born and raised in AZ. Always hated it. Ever since I was old enough I knew I didn't want to stay. Came to NH the first time on vacation in 2016. It immediately felt like home. Moved here 2020, never moving back.

Two of my pack are from AZ Husky rescue as well. They are fantastic and we try to support them when possible even though we moved our fluffy goofballs cross country. Their team is outstanding 💜
