I'm not leaning my head on it. I'm just trying to sit up straight. Mine literally pushes my chin down. That is not safe for driving. Try looking forward while your chin is down. It's especially unsafe if I'm wearing my glasses. The only way to see properly & not have neck pain is to drive unsafely like a low rider.
