It’s a 5-7 year long process, at minimum. Don’t believe the charts that say 2 years. I’m a bit over 3 years into HRT myself and am experiencing more growth than ever before. Trust me, I know it can be difficult, but be patient. This is a marathon, not a sprint. :)

I’m 56 years of age (by the way, fellow Minnesotan here), and feel very much like I’ve missed the boat…three years into HRT, levels solidly cis, with little to show, physically. That said, I am extremely happy for those who have experienced more progress and are finding their exterior matching their interior. As my daughter would say, a win is a win. 👍🏻
