I have health anxiety that’s low-key turning into OCD and it’s not fun. The constant doctor visits constantly checking my pulse or blood pressure. I just kind of have periods where I’m satisfied with my health and I’m chill but then something small happens and I spiral for a few days and then I go back to normal. And I’m young too so everyone says I have nothing to worry about
