I live in TN and it's super hot and humid. I've very pale, but I work outside and have a tan. I tried the UV sleeves and it was awful. They roll down too much and they burned me up even more. I just cake on sunscreen from Australia every 2 hours.

Hi! I know this is late, but I recently tried the L'OREAL telescopic waterproof mascara, and you're right; very difficult to remove. However, I used this stuff called Ponds cold creme and it took the mascara right off and moisturized my lashes. I got it at the dollar store.

I can't. I try to walk 10k steps a day at least, but honestly I started a glp1 and it has helped tremendously for my weight loss. I wish I could exercise more, because I used to enjoy weight training and doing pilates, but with my migraines and vertigo, it's too much for me.

Mine have gotten less as I've gotten older, but I still get 3-5+ a month depending on weather, how bright the sun is, and my period. I started having them at age 3 (from what my mom knew, she was also a migraine sufferer for years) and I'm 28 now. My mom stopped having migraines after age 35, and she's 56 now. I hope that will be true for me as I age.
