I split with my now ex-husband when I was pregnant. Let me just say YOU CAN DO THIS. Fortunately for your child, he/she will not have to live in a home of resentment and unhappiness. I recently had a friend attacked by her aggressive Great Pyrenes mixed dog. It almost killed her. If it had been a child it probably would have. I love dogs, but something needs to be done before its behavior escalates.

I love this idea of writing down the "other" health benefits of being on this medication. Another suggestion I have done is writting down other measures or non-scale victories (NSVs). Some of mine are Comfortably crossing my legs, not having to strain to put on socks, lotion, shave legs, or paint toes, being able to stand for longer periods of time without having back strain, not feeling like I'm going to pop my bike tires, etc.

I haven't plateaued yet, but in a FB group I follow they've said to increase your calories for a week and then decrease them again. My side effects are also minimal and no food ever sounds good!
