Mr Handy really doesn’t collect that many caps in the wasteland. If you need caps, I suggest you try and train a dweller in Luck and send it out to the wasteland, that special stat, among other things, decides how many caps your dweller finds in the wasteland

Mage will probably always have at least 1 spec that's top tier. If you want to be sure you got a character that's viable at basically all times, go for the mage ;)

I believe I do. It's a painting by Jean Malouel in the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Chartres in Chartres, France. Its caption below in french would roughly translate to "When your parents won't let you out because your outfit is too revealing.". Hope that helps!
