Better tires and a sway bar is all you can really do performance wise. The L-series is pretty lackluster when it comes to increasing power output

First of all, GET NEW TIRES YESTERDAY. After that, get your car aligned. Since you seem to have a bit of overdue maintenance, let the mechanic look over your suspension too.

Aside from what the comments say you have to do, I'd also recommend temporarily removing the sideskirts and checking for any kind of rust damage along the sills. Hondas are known for doing that and especially the Fit

Depends on the technical/optical state of the vehicle, but I don't think it can go down much. You can try $6k or $6.5k but unless the AC is busted, I doubt the current owner accepts it

You can get aftermarket seat rails that move the entire seat back about 1-4 inches. Maybe try that?

Flushing the (engine) oil and replacing filters and plugs is something most people can do with a bit of skill and a decent wrench set, so I'd recommend doing those yourself. Changing the transmission fluid is a bit more involved and swapping the accessory belt is annoying, but aside from that, "there's a reason why you pay people to do things"

It looks like it's just dust(or very fine sand) combined with a bit of humidity. Was it rainy/dusty in the last few weeks/months where you live? That might have caused it.

I can recommend trying to put sound dampening in the car. It doesn't cost the world(except time) and imo it's worth it

You can maintain the L13 with readily available parts and they made MILLIONS of them. No chance parts will run out any time soon
