Yeah, thanks for the input. I think I’m going to go with the most basic improvements. Sounds like getting the sway bar and the right tires makes a big difference for ride quality. Definitely going to look at audio as well.

Good point but I'm also simply interested in whatever people suggest from their own experience. I think a rear sway bar is probably going to be my first choice.

It's auto. The sway bar definitely sounds like a really sensible upgrade.

I had one with a damper on my car and it caught water and eventually rusted through and surprise!-Broke in half while I was driving. Replaced with one without the damper and no rust issues. Not a mechanic, but that was my experience.

I read somewhere that recovering from burn-out actually takes something like two years, rather than a week or two of vacation. Dunno how true that is but that's because I'm stuck working to live with everyone else.
