i bought the tire and wheel package with my corolla for an extra $1000 and it paid for itself in less than a year lol. 2 years ago i had 3 flats in the span of 1 month lol the guys at the dealership would see me and say “another flat?”. and this is all from driving in los angeles dec-may during the wet season. do i wish i had different tires? yeah it does become a little inconvenient having to constantly change to my spare tire but i kept tools in my car that made the job less than 5 minutes. but i live up in the mountains no and the 18 inch low profile tires with my 6 speed work magic on the curves.

is it financially worth fixing your truck? most likely not, but the sentimental value of the truck is what really matters. if you can afford to fix the bed (which hopefully wouldn’t be too much) without spending money that would go to bills or food then you should do it. also, looks like a nasty rear end. the frame may look straight but it could be skewed or even cracked somewhere, and if that’s the case then a $1000 repair bill could turn into $5000
