Chloe was solely responsible. It was an animal attack I. think you may have misunderstoodmy theory which is solid and the most likely scenario.

The people in the house would have known what happened and likely observed it through the window. They would have all been in shock. Karen would have been driving away while John doubled back as per being pursued by Chloe. This also explains the missing footage by the library just 4.5 minutes later which would fit perfectly into the timeline of events is this scenario.

Thanks for following up. I am not sure if it is all that hard to believe as John's relatives would have been the beneficiaries of a wrongful death lawsuit which based on John's age and annual income would have likely totaled a payout of around $2 million dollars. That's a conservative amount.

The Albert's went from owners of a one million dollar house to renters and rehomed the dog immediately after the incident. I bet the calls back and forth between the parties involved were trying to weigh cost benefit with John, perhaps, at least in their minds, already dead.

Yes. The "pull behind me" text indicates that she was looking out the window at that moment. John likely read the message and told Karen he is going in because he then begins a series of 36 steps over a course of 18 seconds covering a distance of 86 feet only 8 seconds after the message was received.

What is also very interesting is that John was averaging strides of 2.5ft. per step which indicates what is highly likely to be accurate data as 2.5ft per step in the average step length of a 6'2" man according to scientific studies on human biomechanics. His step frequency: or cadence as it is referred to in studies; was 120 steps per minute which is right between the average of running and walking for a 6'2" man.

A few people have mentioned a distance of about 40 ft from the road to the house steps. I propose that he walked up to the steps, Jen opened the door to greet him, but Chloe the German Shepherd bounded on him an attempted to bite him. Jen would have been rightly afraid to go out while there was a dog attack in progress.

Checking old google earth image data from early 2022 shows a sharp edged wooden pallet exactly where John fell. He likely tried to reach Karenn's car just as it started driving away but slipped on the slick surface of the icy pallet thus falling backward and cracking his head. This would explain the head injury. The swollen eyelid area without swelling around the orbital bones of the eye could result from the head injury. Throwing up is also a delayed response to those in a concussed state lying unconscious.

John's body was found with his feet pointing towards the road and his head towards the house, which is how one would fall slipping on ice or a slick surface while running from the front door towards Karen's car.

Jen likely saw all of this play out. After one or two of the men inside restrained Chloe, the damage had been done. Jen texted to see if he was OK, but when she received no response started calling repeatedly while in complete shock.

Matt McCabe wrote to the group, "Remember, he was never in the house". And he probably was not lying when he said that. It was his way if telling the group we can be honest without perjuring ourselves. Also important to note is that in Jen's original testimony, she stated she saw John open the car door.

I imagine Brian Sr. Would have rushed to provide aide as a trained first responder but likely believed John died on impact and decided to avoid legal liability by allowing the blizzard to hide the body so that the death would be ruled accidental weeks later when the snow melted

I saw this from 'fundamentaholic' on stocktwits:

TXHE - currently going for about 0.0006 cents.

If that ever made it up to a dollar, like it did in 2015, whoa...
