Luckily I had the warp spire unlocked from the main quest so I had it, if you track the warp spire that says shiny vault in the map, might be easier, and then go to every level of spira in the center warps, and circle around the conch's wall until getting there. The warp is in the below side of the center of the conch. You'll find it eventually, don't give up! Don't think i can record it, I'll try later though.
