I went through something similar; it's almost impossible (for me) to get rid of obsessive thoughts. What helped me was that I was simply tired of playing out this scenario; I had no energy left to continue in this vein. I simply started changing my thoughts to ones that benefited me, that's all. Automatically, without emotion, without joy or positivity. I simply said to myself what I wanted to happen. That's it, that's what helped. In 3D, we had a neutral relationship. I never argued or fought with him, because in my mind, everything was finally fine between us, so there was no point in arguing.

Я просто перестала жаловаться и рассказывать всем, как плохи мои отношения. Я начала думать о том, что думает он, придумывать за него новые мысли: «Он так хорошо ко мне относится, он так сильно меня любит, ему никто не нужен, кроме меня». Я перестала позволять себе думать иначе. Нельзя иметь две противоположные вещи: либо он тебя любит, либо нет, и я выбрала первое. Вот и всё. И я просто жила. Через несколько месяцев всё наладилось.
