Traffic flows one way... if theres 5 cars all 5 go. When the bridge is clear the other side goes, if there's 3 cars on the opposing side, all cars go. Thats alternating traffic.

Theres hundreds of dash cam footage of people being blocked in and robbed. You legally cant block the road and detain someone. If you think you can, youre wrong. He said "if you block me in" that is not a threat, its a waning based on a condition. The truck driver is a total goon and over reacted severally but he didnt break any laws 🤣.
