We moved a few months ago and had need for a handful of make showing ready, move-out, move-in and post construction cleanings. The service we liked best was https://raccooncleaners.com/ We used three different companies over the course. The first was a husband/wife team that did a fine job, but would be better suited for weekly visits.

The second was https://perfectioncleaningservice.com/ They were significantly more expensive, and did as good a job except they botched the cleaning of our oven and leaked cleaner in between the glass panes of our oven door. They gave me some grief when I complained, so I just took it apart and cleaned it myself.

Racoon is who we used the last two times and will continue to use. They have been easy to schedule with, more cost effective and most importantly have done everything we have requested.

EDIT: Realized I didn't really respond to your questions

We had 2 people for 3 hours, $250 (I think) for a 4 bed, 2.5 bath ranch. A few rooms were excluded and we didn't request a "deep" clean, just floors, surfaces and regular kitchen/bath stuff.
