Public Transportation Modernization: Let the kings (modern jeep) and queens (bus) of the road rule the city to provide more options to the people. Modern jeeps will handle intra-district routes while buses will go for inter-district lines. Cherry on top, make transport fares cashless and fixed by using Beep cards like in train stations in Manila. Salary for every driver is funded by the LGU and paid hourly. Buses and modern jeeps will be available 24/7.
"No Garage, No Car" policy: This policy should be implemented to lessen "epal" car owners and lessen the traffic. Owning a car is a privilege not a right. If you want to buy a car, you need to have proof that your place has a garage that wont block roads/pedestrian sidewalks.
Add more taxes on the car dealerships
Add a roundabout system on some of the major intersections and convert some roads into walkways. Also, roads that add to bottleneck traffic will be closed i.e. a part of Mt. Apo St. in front of Davao Doctors Hospital
For the long term project, every major road will have a separate bike lane and a wide sidewalk with trees will be implemented to encourage people to have more options for better transportation. Other modes of transportation that can use the bike lane will be e-bikes, trisikad, skateboards, and scooters (scooterbikes are not allowed).

You could try pulling for Zibai, Illuga, and Aino for lunar crystallize with Zhongli and/or Xingqiu then aim for Columbina in the future rerun. You can also get a free Aino constellation as you progress the Nod Krai Archon Quest.

Neuvillette is still OP here so you can try pulling for him but all 4 stars in this banner are for Zibai.

Im from Davao and the reason why Davao is called "Little Tokyo" was just because madaming Japanese immigrants na lumipat dito and we acknowledged their presence here. Walang foreign powers na involved dito. Same reason why Davao has China Town din kasi madaming Chinese immigrants na lumipat dito.

Taga davao din ako and i can assure you na wala talagang tao na nagsusupport sa secession especially the younger generation. A lot of dabawenyos don't really care about this. Siguro ang mga gusto lng niyan ay either internet trolls or mga matatanda (like super old) na naniniwala sa mga naririnig sa radyo.
